Terms & conditions
Children's rates
- Infants (under 2) are free of charge.
- Toddlers (2–5 years) pay 50% of the per-person price.
- Children over 5 pay the full price.
Booking confirmation & payment
- Fill in the reservation form through our customer service, then an invoice will be issued.
- Your seat is secured once a 30% deposit of the total invoice is received.
- The deposit is non-refundable (forfeited if cancelled).
- Full payment is due at least 3 days before the trip.
- Boarding is not guaranteed if payment is not complete.
- We do not accept payment on the spot.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is possible up to 14 days before the trip.
- Rescheduling less than 14 days before the trip: the deposit is forfeited.
- Rescheduling 2 days before the trip is possible with a doctor's letter, official/work letter or similar.
Cancellation
- Cancellations by guests are non-refundable, but the seat can be transferred to another guest.
- Cancellation by the operator for certain reasons (e.g. technical problems): providing a replacement seat/boat is the operator's responsibility.
- If the operator cannot provide a replacement, guests receive a full refund.
- Cancellation or prohibition by the Harbour Master/Government due to weather, force majeure, natural disasters, political situations, terrorism or other external events: guests can reschedule or receive a full refund.
